// CASE STUDY ANSWER

WHAT DID GNDME BUILD FOR TUCTAC STUDIO?

gndme built TUCTAC Studio's public storefront and internal Studio OS for limited 1/12 collectible drops. The system connects interactive product viewing, VietQR and PayPal checkout, role-based administration, reservation-based WMS allocation, packing, and international fulfillment. Public proof points are summarized without exposing sensitive revenue or customer-level data.

// 01. PRODUCT ARCHITECTURE

NOT A GENERIC STORE.
A NICHE COMMERCE OS.

TUCTAC Studio creates detailed 3D sculpts, resin accessories, soft goods, and full-custom 1/12 figures. Each limited drop introduces constraints that ordinary catalog software handles poorly: collector deposits, scarce slots, physical shelf coordinates, multi-currency payments, and cross-border fulfillment.

gndme designed the storefront and Admin Console as one closed system: discovery and payment on the outside, controlled reservation, production, picking, packing, shipping, and audit on the inside.

01

3D Viewer & AR

GLB assets render through model-viewer so collectors can rotate a sculpt in 360 degrees and preview compatible figures in augmented reality.

02

Dual Currency

Vietnam orders receive dynamic VietQR payment details in VND, while international collectors check out through PayPal in USD.

03

Drop Conversion

Live viewer cues, countdown campaigns, bundles, coupons, loyalty tiers, and mobile gesture protection support high-intent product launches.

04

Tracking Radar

A public order lookup exposes production, packing, airway-bill, and shipment progress without requiring an admin conversation.

// 03. OPERATIONS COMMAND CENTER

SCARCE INVENTORY ALLOCATED AT DROP SPEED.

The Reservation Matrix assigns each deposit-backed slot by millisecond timestamp, locks stock, and maps inventory to physical shelf coordinates. Marketing, sales, and warehouse teams share the same operational state instead of rebuilding the launch from messages and spreadsheets.

// 05. GLOBAL COMMERCE CONTROL

LOCAL CHECKOUT. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY.

The same order model supports domestic bank transfer and global card-funded PayPal checkout while preserving the currency and item price captured at purchase.

PAYMENT & LOGISTICS RAILS
  • Dynamic VietQR payment reference for ACB transfers
  • USD checkout through PayPal for overseas collectors
  • DHL Express Worldwide, FedEx, and GHTK fulfillment
  • HS Code 9503.00.00 captured for international parcels
// 06. ACCESS & SECURITY

EVERY HIGH-RISK ACTION LEAVES A SIGNAL.

Four role-specific workspaces keep catalog, campaign, order, and warehouse actions separated. Operational authentication combines bcrypt-protected credentials with an internal session PIN.

FOUNDER SECURITY WATCHDOG
  • Admin, Marketing, Sales, and Warehouse RBAC
  • Telegram alerts for role and Admin PIN changes
  • Immediate notification for new international orders
  • Auditable operational and security event history
// 07. SYSTEM COVERAGE
